Introduction to the User Agreement:

Article 8 - Payment and payment services for stores in the HEBANI store:

Article 9 - Your personal information and transaction details information:

Article 10 - Intellectual Property:

1. The intellectual property rights of HEBANI Store are fully owned by HEBANI, whether they were owned by them before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.

2. The user or the consumer respects the intellectual property rights of the HEBANI Store, including the HEBANI Store itself, and the words, logos and other symbols of the HEBANI Store or displayed on the HEBANI Store, as the HEBANI Store, and every right affiliated with the HEBANI Store, are the entire intellectual property rights of HEBANI .

Article Eleven - Liability of HEBANI Store:

Article 12 - Confidentiality of Information:

1. HEBANI Store adopts standards (concrete, organizational and technical) to protect users and prevent unauthorized access to, and preservation of, users' personal information.

2. As a user, you acknowledge that the Internet is not a completely secure means, and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be 100% guaranteed through HEBANI Store.

4. Article Fourteen - Replacement Policy:

Without prejudice to the terms of the agreement and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by HEBANI store within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to replace the product after the seven days have passed.

2. To replace the product, it is required that the product be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and HEBANI has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.

3. The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:

If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to the specifications he specified, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.

If the product is video tapes, discs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.

If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, paper or electronic books, or any other form of literature.

If a defect appears in the product due to poor possession of the consumer.

If the contract deals with the provision of accommodation, transportation or feeding services.

If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products over the Internet.

Article 15 - Return Policy:

1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the agreement and statutory guarantee, the consumer has the right to rescind the contract and return the product presented to him from the HEBANI store within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to that product after the seven days have passed.

2. It is required to return the product that the product is in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and HEBANI has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

3. The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:

If the product is video tapes, discs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.

If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, paper or electronic books, or any other form of literature.

If a defect appears in the product due to poor possession of the consumer.

If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products over the Internet.

4. In the event that the provisions of the said return policy are met; The consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product to the HEBANI store with a refund of the amount paid.

Article 16 - Applicable Law or Regulation:

This use agreement is governed and formulated according to the laws, regulations and legislation in force and in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is completely and completely subject to the regulations in force at the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 17 - General Provisions:

In the event that any incoming material or clause in this User Agreement is canceled or that any clause or clause in the User Agreement is no longer in force, such an order does not revoke the validity of the rest of the articles, terms and provisions contained in the User Agreement and shall remain in effect until further notice from HEBANI store management.

This User Agreement - which may be amended from time to time as the case may be - constitutes the use agreement, work mechanism, understanding, agreement and contract between HEBANI Store and the user, and both parties to this agreement agree to take into account the following:

1. The Arabic language is the language in force when interpreting the provisions of this Agreement, or when translating them into another language.

2. All prices displayed on HEBANI store services or products may be modified from time to time.

3. The promotional or marketing offers that HEBANI Store may place are temporary, as HEBANI has the right to modify or discontinue such promotional or marketing offers at any time.

4. The parties to this agreement are obligated to deal with each other in a manner that does not violate the Shariah rules, regulations and laws in force related to the nature of the transaction between HEBANI and the user.

5. This usage agreement shall not be canceled except by a decision issued by the management of the HEBANI store.
